The cottage is beautifully located in the village of Liscannor and right at the coast of Liscannor Bay, just a few minutes from Lahinch Golf Course and the famous beach. The spectactular Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands and the unique Burren region are all in the neighbourhood.

shops, cafes and restaurants. Sights include a medieval church and the remains of a castle built by the O'Connors and stronghold of the O'Briens. John B.Holland, inventor of the submarine, was born in Liscannor! Lahinch Golf Course, the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin and the uniqe Burren area are closeby.

Boats leave from the harbour for round trips to the Cliffs of Moher thus giving you a chance to see the spectacular 200m high cliffs from the sea. The cliffs are also popular with birdwatchers enjoying excellent
views of breeding seabirds.
