The house is located in quiet surroundings with a scenic river and horses roaming the neighbouring fields. The direct Ennis to Miltown Malbay Road a few meters from the house is leading directly through scenic landscape to the Atlantic Coast and the sights along the West of Clare as there are the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren region, Loop Head Peninsula. Ennis with its narrow shopping streets, the Friary, the Clare museum and the Glor Irish Music Centre is just 5 Minutes away. The medieval castles of Bunratty and Knappogue as the other sights of East Clare like Lough Derg, Quin Abbey and Craggaunowen are quickly reached.

We are located less than 30 minutes from Shannon Airport and central to all the sights of County Clare!

County Clare offers a variety of possible activities! Golfers find a number of challenging courses all around the county, the nearest ones being only a few minutes from the house! Anglers have a huge choice of fishing spots, from the river and lakes near the house up to the Atlantic coastline and the Sea. Surfers and swimmers will enjoy Spanish Point and Lahinch beaches, birdwatchers will flock to Loop Head Peninsula or the Cliffs of Moher, bicyclists and walkers will enjoy the quiet roads and marked walking tracks in the area.
